About Lisa Gloria:
Lisa studied art at the University of Illinois briefly, and then put down her brushes and repurposed her canvases as decorative doilies for 10 years.
For the past 7 years, Lisa has studied the craft of painting, to lose that dream-like feeling of wanting to say something and realizing one does not know how to speak.
Working mostly in portraiture and figures, and some in still life, Lisa seeks to cherish, cherish, cherish the person or thing that is portrayed so that it sings, sings, sings.
